Laundromat Starter: Customer FAQ

You get a complete, worked laundromat feasibility example that you can read, annotate and use as a reference while you build your own numbers. It includes:

• the example report in Word and PDF (same content)
• a Sources Annex in Word and PDF, which records the source class, date and reference for each of the 69 example assumptions
• separate planning tools for a narrow quick check of your own inputs

It does not include a calculation workbook.

• The PDF is the clean reading copy.
• The Word file lets you add your own notes, highlights and comments next to the example.
• The Word report is a fixed document. If you change a number in it, nothing recalculates, and the conclusions stay the example's conclusions.

• It shows where each of the report's 69 example assumptions came from: its source class, date and reference.
• Use it to check how current and how relevant each input is to your own site, and to decide which ones you must replace with your own quotes and data.

• Each of the 69 assumptions has a source class, a date and a reference in the Sources Annex. Read the annex for each one's exact class.
• They are example inputs for one specific location and start date, not values to copy into your plan.

• It is fixed. Editing a figure in the Word file does not update any other figure or the result.
• To test your own numbers, use the Planner Quick Check. Its result is a narrow pre-tax, pre-financing check; it does not update the report.
• A full calculation workbook is not part of Starter.

• Use it as a structure and a reference: which cost and revenue groups to collect, and what evidence to get for each.
• The example is St. Petersburg, Pinellas County, Florida, US, starting January 2027, over 10 years, in nominal USD.
• Your location, equipment quotes, utilities, rent, permits, taxes, prices and volumes must come from your own sources.

• The Quick Check runs on your own inputs and gives a narrow pre-tax, pre-financing result. It comes as an offline tool and as a public browser version.
• It is a separate entry point. It does not edit or regenerate the report.
• It does not give you a full calculation workbook.

• No. It is an honest worked example under one set of assumptions, and it shows how sensitive the outcome is to those inputs.
• It is not a forecast or a guarantee for your business, positive or negative.
• Your own result depends on your own inputs.

Yes, as a reference.

You may:

• use the report and annex as a reference in your own, internal or client projects
• quote short passages with the source credited

You may not:

• give, share, sell, resell, sublicense or publish the original Feasivio DOCX, PDF or annex files to a client or any third party

For the supplementary tools:

• You may put your own inputs, and the results, tables and charts you produce from them, into client reports.
• You may not share, host or resell the supplied tool files or code.
• That permission does not extend to the example report, the annex or any workbook.

• The license covers the purchasing person, or a single organization with at most 3 named users.
• More users or a second organization needs its own license.

• You get the version you purchased.
• There is no update subscription, no lifetime updates, no consulting and no response-time guarantee.
